Obituary: Christopher Goodin Sr., 65, Hodgenville
Christopher Goodin Sr., 65, of Hodgenville, died Friday, March 30, 2018, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Elizabethtown Church of Christ in Elizabethtown. He was born Dec. 15, 1952, in Larue County to the late Stanley and Lilly Elsie Thompson Goodin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Shirley Sprowles Goodin of Hodgenville; one son, Christopher (LaQuita) Goodin Jr. of Campbellsville; one sister, Priscilla Alexander of Bowling Green; one brother, Ricardo Goodin of Louisville; two grandsons, Quentin Goodin and Trey Goodin; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral is noon Friday, April 6, 2018, at the Elizabethtown Church of Christ with Bro. John Board and Bro. Ray Pack officiating. Burial is in Hubbard Cemetery in Hodgenville.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018, at William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel, and after 11 a.m. Friday at the church.
The William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel, 612 N. Lincoln Blvd., Hodgenville, is in charge of arrangements.
