Obituary: Amy Catherine Burke, 39, New Haven

(Updated 3 p.m. June 28) Amy Catherine Burke, 39, of New Haven, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Joseph Burke Sr.; and three nephews.

She is survived by her parent, Jan and Tom Barbour; one daughter, Angel Burke; three sons, Brian Yaste, Isaac Burke and Jude Burke; six sisters, Kathleen Hausman (Larry), Mary Angela Di Dario (Dean), Ann Marie Wedin (Chris), Athena Kesselring (Warren), Pamela Barbour Alfaro, and Genevieve Stone (Jared); and four brothers, Michael J. Burke, Patrick T. Burke (Stacy), Matthew S. Burke (Michelle) and David A. Burke; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The memorial service is 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018, at the the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.

Visitation begins Thursday at 4 p.m. until the time of the service.

The Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven is in charge of arrangements.
