One person injured after dump truck rear-ends SUV

Tuesday, June 14, 2011, 4:15 p.m. — The 68-year-old driver of an SUV suffered minor injuries Tuesday afternoon after the SUV she was driving was hit from behind by a dump truck on KY245 near Buzick Lumber. Nelson County EMS responded to accident at 1330 East John Rowan. The woman complained of neck and upper back pain. She was taken by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment. The accident was reported at about 3:50 Tuesday afternoon.
