City firefighters investigate report of smoke smell on Banjo Street
Tuesday, June 14, 2011, 5 p.m. — Bardstown firefighters are responding to the area of Banjo Street for a report of an odor of smoke coming from storm drains in the area. After investigating, firefighters determine the smell was created by some kids lighting fireworks in the storm drain. All units clearing the scene and returning to station.
