Council OKs Historic Review Board COA recommendations at Tuesday meeting

Wednesday, July 25, 2018 — The Bardstown City Council approved more than a dozen Historic Review Board recommendations for Certificates of Appropriateness at its meeting on Tuesday, July 24, 2018.
Those requests included the following approvals:
COA-18-70. David Erikson, applicant/owner, approved the request to paint the doors, windows, and trim at 212 North 3rd Street.
COA-18-101. Patrick Whelan, applicant/owner, approved the request to remove a tree at 111 East John Fitch Avenue with conditions.
COA-18-102. Buzick Construction, Inc., applicant, KY Owl Re, LLC., owner, approval to install a sign at 110 West Flaget Street.
COA-18-103. Town and Country Bank, applicant/owner, approval to install a roof at 201 North 3rd Street.
COA-18-104. Allison Grigsby Spears, applicant/owner, approval to install stone on the porch steps at 209 South Third Street.
COA-18-105. The Estate of William F. Luckett Jr., applicant/owner, approval to install proposed windows at 221 North 3rd Street.
COA-18-106. Alexander Bullitt’s Brewery and BBQ, applicant/owner, approval to paint the trim at 131 North 3rd Street.
COA-18-107. Alexander Bullitt’s Brewery and BBQ, applicant/owner, approval to install an awning at 131 North 3rd Street.
COA-18-108. Alexander Bullitt’s Brewery and BBQ, applicant/owner, approval to install two signs at 131 North 3rd Street.
COA-18-109. Alexander Bullitt’s Brewery and BBQ, applicant/owner, approval to install outdoor seating at 131 North 3rd Street.

COA-18-95 AMENDED. Jacob and Katie Hall, applicants/owners, approval to add aluminum-clad windows on the new house at 209 West Flaget Street.
COA-18-111. Jacob and Katie Hall, applicants/owners, approval to add brick foundation on the new house at 209 West Flaget Street.
