United States Daughters of 1812 to mark veteran’s grave at New Salem Aug. 26th

Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018 — The Gen. Zachary Taylor Chapter of the United States Daughters of 1812 is marking the grave of veteran William Newbolt, Sgt. 13th Regiment (Gray’s) Kentucky Militia, War of 1812.

Please join us at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, at New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, 2775 Deatsville Road, Cox’s Creek, KY 40013 for the ceremony.

Colors will be presented by the Gov. Isaac Shelby Chapter, SAR.  Refreshments to follow at the church.
