Obituary: Barry ‘Tinker’ Brown, 64, Upton
Barry “Tinker” Brown, 64, of Upton, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018, at his residence. He was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Powell and Florence Underwood Brown; two sisters, Kim Bell and Susan Devers; and one brother, Brian Brown.
He is survived by two sisters, Gail Cundiff of Shepherdsville and Tracey (Earl) Sims of Florida; four brothers, Melvin (Mary) Brown and Bruce Brown, both of Gleanings, Byron (Brenda) Brown of White City and Gary (Lori) Brown of Hodgenville; his partner, Deborah Slaughter and her children, Angela Kitzero, Jason Kitzero and Sarah (Alberto) Angel.
The family’s memorial graveside service is 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, 2018, at the Rolling Fork Baptist Church Cemetery in Gleanings.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
The Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville is in charge of arrangements.
