Two injured Friday night in single-vehicle crash north of Bloomfield

Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018 — Two people were injured Friday night in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Taylorsville Road north of Bloomfield.

At about 7:45 p.m. Friday, Nelson County EMS and the Northeast Nelson Fire Department responded to the 1700 block of Taylorsville Road for a single-vehicle crash with possible entrapment. Two EMS ambulances responded to the crash scene. An injured female was treated by EMS at the scene and transported directly to University Hospital in Louisville. A second injured person was treated by EMS and transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident.
