Obituary: Betty Duncan Hutchins, 70, Springfield

Betty Duncan Hutchins, 70, of Rizer Ave., Springfield, died at 5:50 pm Monday, Sept. 3, 2018, at her residence. She had worked as manager and senior tax advisor at the Lebanon office of H & R Block for several years.

She is survived by one daughter, Missy Hutchins of Harrodsburg; one son, Tim Hutchins (Pamela) of Springfield; one sister, Melissa Finding of Wadsworth, Ohio; three brothers, Russell Duncan and Jimmy Duncan, both of Akron, Ohio, and Henry Duncan of Barberton, Ohio; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with cremation to follow. Inurnment will take place at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville.

Visitation is 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at the funeral home.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
