Thursday, Sept. 6 2018

Matthew Merle Martin, 49, failure to appear (2 counts); parole violation; possession of anhydrous ammonia in unapproved container; unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor; possession of drug paraphernalia; manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; engaging in organized crime; persistent felony offender, first-degree.

Alex Terry Todd, 27, possession of controlled substances, first-degree (methamphetamine); promoting contraband, first-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy James Hicks, 39, violation of a Kentucky protective order.

David Preston Hardin, 20, possession controlled substances, first-degree (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana.

John Evan Hall, 29, wanton endangerment, first-degree; possession of marijuana; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Leslie Hartnett Fischer, 42, contempt of court.

Amanda Lucille Swift, 31, contempt of court.

Fredrick Charles Helton, 41, failure to appear.

Harold Thomas Jackson, 49, parole violation.

Connie Ann Mattingly, 39, failure to appear (2 counts).

Steve Thomas Watson III, 23, no insurance card; leaving the scene of an accident; criminal mischief, first-degree; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; wanton endangerment, first-degree.

Thomas Jerome Mudd, 54, failure to appear; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Curtis Lee St. Clair, 31, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
