Obituary: Sarah Martha Wachowski, 95, Bardstown

SARAH MARTHA WACHOWSKI

Sarah Martha Wachowski, 95, of Bardstown, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, in Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. She was born July 21, 1923, in Nelson County to the late Charlie and Leona Brown Goff. She was a homemaker, a member of the Stringtown Homemakers, a Kentucky Colonel, and a member of Bardstown Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David Wachowski; and her brother, L.D. Goff.

She is survived by one daughter, Leah Droczo of Carrollton, Ind.; two sons, Kevin (Shirley) Wachowski of West Lafayette, Ind. and Charles (Judy) Wachowski of Louisville; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with Bro. John Barron officiating. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018.
