Abigail Elizabeth Ritchie, 22, contempt of court; non-payment of court costs, fees or fines; fleeing or evading police, first-degree (on foot); disorderly conduct, second-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; public intoxication controlled substances (excludes alcohol).

Joseph John Slinskey, 38, failure to appear.

Cory Hamilton Hood, 33, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; contempt of court; non-payment of court costs, fees or fines (3 counts).

Zachary Nemes Frey, 31, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500 (2 counts); theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000 (2 counts); contempt of court.

Kenneth Cravens, 53, receiving stolen property under $10,000; parole violation.

Jennifer Michele Smith, 38, receiving stolen property under $10,000; operating a vehicle with expired operators license; receiving stolen property under $500; parole violation.
