Obituary: Jenna Rose ‘Mary’ Bartley, 27, Carrollton

Jenna Rose “Mary” Bartley, 27, of Carrollton, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, at Jewish Hospital from spinal arteriovenous malformation. She was born Nov. 15, 1990, in Macon, Ga. She grew as a Catholic and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and later years as a member of Abundant Life Tabernacle Church.

She was preceded in death by her first grandmother, Anna Rose Baker Bartley; her second grandmother, Patricia Ann “Patsy” Bartley; her grandfather, Russell Rechenbach Sr.; her grandmother, Lillian Bryant Balisteria; one uncle, Joseph Thomas Joyner; and her significant other, Larry Wayne Raisor Jr.

She is survived by one daughter, Alexis Raelynn Wright; her father, John Frank Bartley Jr.; her mother, Carmen Renee Bartley; five sisters, Jennifer Thomas, Jacquline Bartley, Paula Dones (Will), Jenny Sparrow (Tommy), and Jessica Nichole Bartley; her grandparents; John Frank “Bobby” Bartley (Marcella); her grandmother, Myrtle Vest Rechenbach; her grandfather, Harold Hedden Jr.; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto Cathedral with burial in the church cemetery with the Rev. Terry Bradshaw officiating.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, and 2-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, and 8-9:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at Barlow Funeral Home.
