Obituary: Paul ‘Red’ Hutchins, 87, Bardstown

Paul “Red” Hutchins, 87, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. He was born May 14, 1931, in Louisville to the late late William and Anna Lee Hagan Hutchins Shelton. He worked many jobs in his lifetime but retired from Reynolds Metals as a machine operator. He was a member of St. Gabrielle Catholic Church and attended St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Sylvia Coffman Hutchins.

A graveside service is 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, at the Bardstown Cemetery.

The family requests memorial contributions go to St. Joseph Catholic Church.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
