Obituary: Nancy Lee Horlander, 85, formerly of Bardstown

Nancy Lee Horlander, 85, of Louisville, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018, in Elizabethtown surrounded by her family. She was born March 5, 1933, in Bardstown. She worked for Robley Rex VA Hospital in Louisville, and was a member of St. Bridgette Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Horlander; her parents, Leonard and Margarite Smith; one sister, Bonnie Wood; and two brothers, Lynn Smith and Reginald Smith.

She is survived by one sister, Marilyn McMinn of Elizabethtown; and many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may go to Little Sisters of the Poor.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
