Obituary: Lisa Karen Mattingly, 54, Lebanon

Lisa Karen Mattingly, 54, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at the Village of Lebanon Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 11, 1964, in Lebanon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph William “Toad” Mattingly and Anna Belle O’Donnell Mattingly; and three brothers, Joseph “Chub” Mattingly, Robert Louis “Bobby” Mattingly, and David “Hud” Mattingly.

Survivors include four sisters, Sandy (Ronnie) Brady of Atlanta, Lynette (Billy) Osbourne of Lebanon and Wanda (Lee) Glasscock, both of Lebanon, and Dana (Hooker) Osbourne of Springfield; three brothers, Tommy (Linda) Mattingly, Billy (Brenda) Mattingly, and Mark (Debbie) Mattingly, all of Lebanon; three sisters-in-law, Jody Mattingly, Rosie Mattingly, and Jean Mattingly; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private service has been requested by the family.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018, at Bosley Funeral Home with a 6 p.m. prayer service.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Marion County Association of the Handicapped.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
