Obituary: Barbara Jean D’Addario, 69, Lebanon Junction

Barbara Jean D’Addario, 69, of Lebanon Junction, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at her home. She was a dining room waitress at Frisch’s Restaurant in Shepherdsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Marion Miller Sorenson; and two brothers, Lester Sorenson and Gilbert Sorenson.

Survivors include one daughter, Tamarra Leitner; one sister, Betty Hutchinson; one granddaughter, Deidre Spencer; and two great grandchildren, Aliyah and Dante’.

Cremation was chosen.

Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
