Obituary: Charles Melvin ‘Curly’ Fogle, 80, Mount Washington

CHARLES MELVIN “CURLY” FOGLE

Charles Melvin “Curly” Fogle, 80, of Mount Washington, died Jan. 7, 2019. He was a native of New Haven, a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Mount Washington. He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company and a former member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Rita Fogle; two daughters, Karen Parks (Bill) and Lesia Grantz (Steve); one son, Chris Fogle (Deborah) ; two sisters; four brothers; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The funeral was 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Mount Washington with burial in the church cemetery.

The Schmid Funeral Home in Mount Washington was in charge of arrangements.
