Obituary: Larry Damion Norris, 63, Lebanon

Larry Damion Norris, 63, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. He was born June 26, 1955, in Marion County. He was a former machinist with Ken Mar Tool in Lebanon. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and working in his garden.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Lee Norris; and one sister, Janice Ann Norris.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Terri Hagan Norris; two daughters, Michelle Osbourne (Brad) and Latisha Dye (Pat) all of Lebanon; one son, Jessie Lee Norris (Cindy) of Lebanon;
four sisters, Laverne Bowman (John) of Borden, Indiana, Mary Agnes Rue of Clarksville, Indiana, Debbie Smothers of Lebanon and Sarah Clark (Steve) of Lancaster; seven brothers, Kenneth Lee Norris and Louis Norris both of Holy Cross, Robert David Norris (Robin) of Lebanon, Daniel Norris (Ann) of Elizabethtown, Henry Norris (Joyce) of Nabb, Indiana, Charles Norris (Kim) of Paint Lick and Jeff Norris (Clarice) of Loretto; and seven grandchildren, Theresa Dye, Rickey Lee Padgett, Josh Osbourne, Amber Dye, Anna Osbourne, Michael Dye and Loralie Norris; his mother, Estelle Stillwell Norris of Holy Cross.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Loretto with burial in the church cemetery with the Rev.Michael Martin officiating.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, at Mattingly Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Deacon Joseph R. Dant.

Pallbearers are Joe Norris, Pat Dye, Brad Osbourne, Jessie Norris, Josh Osbourne, Rickey Lee Padgett, Danny Norris, Anthony Mattingly and Michael Dye.

Honorary Pallbearers are granddaughters, Anna Osbourne, Theresa Dye, Amber Dye and Loralie Norris.

Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
