Obituary: Frances Jean ‘Frankie’ Dewitt Miller, 64, Hodgenville

Frances Jean “Frankie” Dewitt Miller, 64, of Hodgenville, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, at her residence with her family by her side. She was born May 9, 1954, in Elizabethtown to the late Rudolf and Alberta Vittitow Dewitt. She was disabled, she was a homemaker, and a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolf and Alberta Dewitt.

She is survived by one daughter, Marsha Devers of Elizabethtown; two sons, Chris Miller and Jason Miller, both of Hodgenville; three sisters, Shirley Carter and Delores (Arley) DeSpain, both of Hodgenville, and Darlene (Jack) Means of Younger’s Creek; three brothers, Robert Dewitt of New Haven, Randall Dewitt and Gary (Lisa) Dewitt, both of Hodgenville; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at the Larue Baptist Church in Hodgenville with Bro. Donald Kennedy officiating. Burial is in the Nelsonville Cemetery in Boston.

Visitation is after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at the Larue Baptist Church in Hodgenville.

The William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel, 612 N. Lincoln Blvd. is in charge of arrangements.
