Obituary: Owen Gabriel ‘Gabe’ Brady, 83, Louisville
Owen Gabriel “Gabe” Brady, 83, of Louisville, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2019. He was born to Joseph Patrick and Josephine Brady in St. Joseph on March 26, 1935. He was retired from General Electric and was a skilled carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a beloved daughter, Lori Ann; two sisters, Elizabeth and Borgia; and five brothers, James Brady, 
Mac Brady, Charles Brady, Donald Brady, and Norris Brady.
Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Dorothy Ann Hardesty Brady; five sons, Kenneth Edward (Margaret), David Wayne (Lorie), Terry Martin (Tammy), Thomas Dale and Eric Gabriel (Leanna); two brothers, Bobby Brady of St. Joseph and Al Brady of Lebanon; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019, at St. Charles Catholic Church. Burial is in the St. Joseph Community cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service 7 p.m. Tuesday with Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
