1st Sgt. Charles “Chuck” Moore (retired), 73, Radcliff

1st Sgt. Charles “Chuck” Moore, (retired) 73, of Radcliff, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at his home. He was retired from the U.S. Army having served two tours in Vietnam. He was also retired from civil service at Fort Knox. He was a member of the American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chuck and Rose Moore.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Terri Moore of Radcliff; one daughter, Stacy Ross (Rob) of Vine Grove; one son, Charles Leroy Moore of Boston; one sister, Sherry Cornelis of South Bend, Ind.; two brothers, Lonnie Moore and J. Moore, both of Cottonwood, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Bobby and Linsay; and a host of family and friends.

The graveside service with military honors is 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to any favorite charity of choice.

The Chism Family Funeral Home in Vine Grove is in charge of arrangements.
