Obituary: Mary ‘Yvonne’ Waddle, 91, formerly of New Haven
Mary “Yvonne” Waddle, 91, entered Eternal Life Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019. She was born in New Haven to the late Roy and Kathleen Boone. She was an avid reader and devout Catholic. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James “Al’ Waddle; and siblings, Sally and Ross.
Survivors include her three children, Rick Waddle (Debbie), Marsha Benton (Bill), and Denise Waddle; four grandchildren, Heather Hockersmith, Tiffany Miller (Shaun), Chad Benton (Lizzie), and Ashley Willis (Tucker); and five great-grandchildren, Eric Miller, Spencer Miller, Kylie Hockersmith, Currie Rose Willis, and John Tucker Willis, Jr.
The funeral is 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at the Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road in Louisville. Burial is in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation is 9:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Alzheimer’s Association.
The Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
