Historian Dixie Hibbs to discuss distant microfilm helping uncover local history

Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 — The Nelson County Genealogical Roundtable is sponsoring a free program at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019, that chronicles the story of one of the Wickliffe sisters of Bardstown. Local author and historian Dixie Hibbs will present “3 Boxes of Microfilm = 1 Book,” which chronicles how this story was uncovered by researching three boxes of microfilm found 1,000 miles away.
