Obituary: Catherine Marie Williamson Omari, 70, Nazareth

Catherine Marie Williamson Omari, 70, of Nazareth, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2019, at Signature Colonial Healthcare in Bardstown. She was a former employee of Kroger and a member of Greater Louisville Family Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Nancy Williamson; one sister, Sylvia Culver; and two brothers, Joe Williamson and Johnny Williamson.

She is survived by her husband, Takeo Omari; one sister, Margaret Benningfield; three brothers, Jimmy Williamson, Tony Williamson and Danny Williamson; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven. A private burial will take place at a later date.

Visitation is 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019.

The Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
