Obituary: Timothy Michael Holman, 50, Lebanon Junction

Timothy Michael Holman, 50, of Lebanon Junction, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, at the Robley Rex VA Center in Louisville. He was a Gulf War veteran of the U.S. Navy, a former employee of the U.S. Postal Service and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and Mary Jane Holman and Edward Lee and Carrie Hodge.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Collins Holman;

four children, Cody Holman (Lindsey), Leanna Owens, Zachary Shain and Ethan Brashear (Heaven); his parents, John Davis and Carolyn Sue Hodge Holman; two sisters, Michele Murphy (Jim) and Jennifer Herron (Bobby); one brother, Chris Holman (Jamie); one granddaughter, Brianna Owens; several nieces and nephews; and his German Shepherd, Darby.

The funeral is noon Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019, at the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction with Bro. Jason McCray officiating. Burial is in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – Central in Radcliff.

Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2019, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction and after 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019, at the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction has been entrusted with the arrangements.
