Obituary: Jack Wendell Lee Sr., 64, Lebanon Junction

Jack Wendell Lee Sr., 64, of Lebanon Junction, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, at the Norton Hosparus Unit in Louisville. He was a former heavy equipment operator for Southern Pipeline and a member of the NRA.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Misty Cunningham; his parents, John Henry Lee Sr. and Ruby Ellen “Sissy” Etherton Lee; an infant sister; and one grandson, Jack Kodie Lee.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Lynn Cox Lee; one daughter, Brandy Lee Gaw (Dean); one son, Jack Wendell Lee Jr. (Heaven); one sister, Kandy Lee (Bobby); two brothers, Johnny Lee (Jerri) and Jamie Lee (Blenda); his mother-in-law, Doriscella Cox; 10 grandchildren, Felecia, Gauge, Dakota, Hally, Cameron, Constance, Hannah, Levi, Ashtryn and Lily; and two great-grandsons, Jackson and Brian.

A Celebration of Life gathering is 2-7 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Shepherdsville VFW Post 5710, 1979 Hwy 44 West, Shepherdsville. Anyone wishing to bring a dish or need other information may call (270) 320-8773.
