Obituary: Jerry Milton Varney, 66, Lebanon

Jerry Milton Varney, 66, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at his residence. He was born Aug. 6, 1952, in West Va. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob Varney and Lorine Fannin Varney; and one sister, Sue Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Richerson of Lebanon; one daughter, Marie Mackberry of Bardstown; one son, Douglas Carl Varney of Lebanon; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 5 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2019, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon. The family has requested that cremation follow after funeral services.

Visitation is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2019, at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
