Obituary: Pamela Sue Phillips Dennis, 67, Lebanon Junction

Pamela Sue Phillips Dennis, 67, of Lebanon Junction, died Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at Baptist Health of Louisville. She was a former housekeeper for Jefferson Place Rehabilitation Center in Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johhny Joe Dennis; her parents, C.A. and Mildred Cross Phillips; one sister, Kay Dennis; and her stepchildren, Charlotte Munger, Debra Gillis and Michael Walkup.

Survivors include four daughters, Karen Hubbard (Sol), Melanie McBride (Justin), Joann Frost (David) and Linda Kinney; one son, Johnny Dennis; one brother, Jerry Jones (Betty); and numerous grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen with a graveside service to be held at a later date at Campground Cemetery in Poetry, Texas.

Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
