Obituary: Martha Sue Nalley Bunnell, 63, Shepherdsville

Martha Sue Nalley Bunnell, 63, of Shepherdsville, died Thursday, April 18, 2019, at Jewish Hospital. She was a former CNA for the Visiting Nurse Association and a member of Calvary Road Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Thomas Bunnell; her parents, James and Carolyn Weihe Nalley; one sister, Patricia Scott; and two brothers, Roger Nalley and Michael Nalley.

Survivors include her daughter, Karla Sue Bunnell; two sons, Billy Joe Bunnell (Dawn) and Bryan Bunnell; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2019, at Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with Pastor Jaime Sicairos officiating. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.

Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2019, and after 9 a.m. Sunday, April 21, 2019, at the funeral home.

Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
