New assisted living slated to begin construction this summer in Bardstown

Friday, April 19, 2019 — A new $14 million assisted living community is being planned to locate in Bardstown at the intersection of Templin Avenue and Lincoln Way.
Trilogy Management Services and DMK Development Group announced plans Friday to build
The community will be built on a five acre tract secured for the facility. Pending approvals, construction on the site could start this summer with completion set for next summer.
The facility will feature a wide range of premium amenities that will include a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas complete with an on-site chef, an activity room designed to accommodate everything from art projects to game nights, a beauty and barber salon, library, and a fitness center.
The exterior of the facility will feature landscaped courtyards, a putting green and lush garden areas.
The $14 million project will create more than 200 construction jobs, and 60-70 permanent jobs.
