Obituary: Phillip Dewayne Keene, 56, formerly of Springfield

Phillip Dewayne Keene, 56, of Louisville, formerly of Springfield, died at 11:25 pm Thursday, June 27, 2019, at his residence in Louisville.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Edward Keene; one son, NaBryan Keene of Clarksville, Ind.; four sisters, Delena Burton of Lexington, Georgia Jones of Harrodsburg, and Porsha Keene and LaQuita (Chris) Jones, both of Bardstown; five brothers, James Isiah (Lori) Keene Jr. and Kevin (Lakecia) Keene, both of Bardstown, Todd (Lucretia) Keene of Shelbyville and Keith (Mary Ann) Keene and Frank Burton, both of Springfield; his stepmother, Mildred Keene of Bardstown; his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Belle of Lebanon; three sisters-in-law; and one grandson.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with burial in St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at the funeral home.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springrfield is in charge of arrangements.
