Friday, July 5, 2019 — A Bardstown woman was arrested Friday evening on drug-related charges at a home in the Balltown community.
At about 9:47 p.m. Friday, deputies from the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a home in the 400 block of Balltown Road for a report of a woman out of control and tearing up the house at that address.
When the officers arrived, they found Megan Danielle Biven, 27, at the address experiencing jerky movements and having difficulty following a conversation. During questioning, she admitted using methamphetamine and told the deputy “it comes from the ground from all the burned witches.”
