Indicted Cox’s Creek men arrested overnight on drug-related charges

Friday, July 1, 2011, 11:59 a.m. — Two Cox’s Creek men were arrested late Thursday night and early Friday morning on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity to same; possession of controlled substances and complicity to same; and possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to same.
Timothy L. Curtsinger, 26, was arrested late Thursday evening and lodged in the Nelson County Jail. Jamie C. Richardson, 36, was arrested early Friday morning.
Both men were indicted June 15, 2011, by a Nelson County grand jury. According to the indictment, on May 10, 2011, Richardson and Curtsinger, either acting alone or in concert with one another, allegedly manufactured and possessed methamphetamine and possessed drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only plus conditions.
