Nelson Fiscal Court to meet 9 a.m. Tuesday on second floor of Old Courthouse

Monday, July 15, 2019 — Nelson Fiscal Court will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2019, in the fiscal court meeting room on the second floor of the Old Courthouse on Court Square.

The agenda for Tuesday’s meeting includes:

• Closed session to discuss KRS 61.810 1(c) – proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of a public agency.
• Second reading of the Energy Assessment District ordinance.
• Resolution related to the Energy Assessment District administration.
• Road department report with updates on paving lists and measuring county roads.
• Landfill / solid waste
• Jail report
• Recreation report
• EMS report
• Old or new business.
