Obituary: Wayne Carroll McLemore, 72, Bardstown

Wayne Carroll McLemore, 72, of Bardstown, died Friday, July 26, 2019, in Dale, Ind. He was born Aug. 5, 1946, in Louisville. He was a former employee for Louisville Cooperage and owner of Trails Inn Taxidermy.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley McLemore.

He is survived by five children, Todd McLemore, Rodd McLemore, T. J. Flener, Kevin Flener, and Amanda McLemore; three brothers, James McLemore, Kenny McLemore, and Anthony “Dude” McLemore; and five grandchildren, Jacob McLemore, Kayne Farris, Lydia Farris, Natalie McLemore, and Patrick McLemore.

The funeral is noon Monday, July 29, 2019, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Bardstown Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Monday, July 29, 2019.

Memorial contributions may go to Alzheimer’s Association.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
