Obituary: Robert Burton Hatchett, 68, formerly of Washington County
Robert Burton Hatchett, 68, of College St., Lebanon, formerly of Washington County, died at 10:27 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Baptist Health Lexington. He was owner-operator of Burton Hatchett’s Extreme Clean carpet cleaning and Magic Ice Concessions.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Weakley Hatchett of Lebanon; two daughters, Katrina Hatchett of Lexington and Jenny Marie (John) Higdon of Springfield; two sons, Hunter Hatchett and Jody (Kannetha) Hatchett, both of Cornith; three sisters, Ruth Ann (George) Duncan of Lexington, Mary (Paul) Ryan of Kuttawa, and Esther Rae Money of Shelbyville; one brother, Jim (Sherry) Hatchett of Springfield; 10 grandchildren; and two-great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Visitation is 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
