Bardstown Community Orchestra to meet Sept. 29 to launch its sixth year

Monday, Sept. 16, 2019 — The Bardstown Community Orchestra begins its sixth year at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019. The initial meeting will be at the Episcopal Church of the Ascension located at 211 N. 3rd Street.

“Again this year, we are reaching out to high school students interested in performing with a community organization and earning community service hours,” according to Anne Thompson Lusk, orchestra conductor.

The orchestra has openings in almost every section and encourage interested persons to attend.
