Obituary: Mavis Elaine ‘Mickey’ Olson, 89, Louisville

Mavis Elaine “Mickey” Olson, 89, of Louisville, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, at Park Place in Louisville. While her journey on this Earth is over, she now has a new home with her God and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Art Olson, with whom she had many happy memories; one sister, Nina H. Jackson; and one brother, Bill Goodlett.

Survivors include one daughter, Cindy Knoll; one son, Guy Olson; three brothers, Clifton Goodlett, Gerald Goodlett and Wayne Goodlett; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral is noon Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction with Dr. James Cobban officiating. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.

Visitation is 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at the church.

Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction has been entrusted with the arrangements.
