Obituary: Nicole Marie Ann Marxen, 41, Bardstown

Nicole Marie Ann Marxen, 41, of Bardstown, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born Aug. 17, 1978, in Iowa to Timothy and Catherine Bailey Marxen. She was an employee of Think Packaging in Bardstown.

She was preceded in death by her father, Timothy Marxen.

She is survived by her two sons, Elijah Marxen of Prestonsburg and Izayah Marxen of Bardstown; her mother, Catherine Bailey Marxen of Missouri; two sisters, Sarah Marxen of Springfield and Jessica Marxen of Missouri; and one brother, Jacob Marxen of Missouri.

Visitation is noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at the Houghlin Greenwell Funeral Home in Bloomfield with cremation to follow.

The Houghlin Greenwell Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
