Obituary: Mary Susan Edelen Jaeschke, 69, formerly of Springfield
Mary Susan Edelen Jaeschke, 69, of Edgewood, formerly of Springfield, died at 1:38 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019, at St. Elizabeth Hospice Care Center in Edgewood.
She is survived by two daughters, Deana (Ben) Clapp of Minneapolis and Lauren (Michael) Burke of Andover, Minn. ; one son, Carl (Kelly) Jaeschke of St. Paul, Minn.; five sisters, Linda (Jack) Burns of Chattanooga, Cathy Edelen and Barbara (John) Pettus, both of Springfield, Nancy (Bill) Blacketer of Bowling Green and Margaret (Bob) Smith of Lebanon; two brothers, Jeffrey Edelen of Lawrenceburg and Bill (Patrice) Edelen of Bardstown; and seven grandchildren.
The Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at St. Dominic Catholic Church with burial in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019, and 7-9:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a 7 p.m. Tuesday prayer service.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Dominic School or the Dominican Sisters of Peace.
The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
