Obituary: Larry Lamar Higginbotham, 76, Springfield

Larry Lamar Higginbotham, 76, of Ashley Ave., Springfield, died at 11:35 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

He is survived by one daughter, Shannon Pokrandt of Pensacola, Fla.; one son, Bradd (Kem) Higginbotham of Lenoir, N.C.; one sister, Sandy Saksteder of Louisville; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with cremation following services.

The graveside service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019, at Bethlehem Cemetery with military honors by Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Everyone is invited to attend graveside services.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
