Obituary: Richard Leo Graves Jr., 82, Springfield

Richard Leo Graves Jr., 82, of Cane Run Rd., Springfield, died at 4:06 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019, at Signature at Colonial in Bardstown.

He is survived by his wife, Lula Mae Bland Graves; three sons, Billy (Gloria) Graves, Steve (Lorie Bowling) and Gary (Becky) Graves, all of Springfield; four sisters, Alma Cambron and Anna Catherine Smith, both of Springfield, Louise Duggins of Mount Washington and Martha Pedigo of Louisville; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

The Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2019, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Springfield with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019, and 7-9:15 a.m. at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a 7 p.m. Sunday prayer service .

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
