Obituary: Christopher Johnson, 37, Shepherdsville

Christopher Johnson, 37, of Shepherdsville, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Louisville. He was a member of Bardstown Junction Baptist Church, a former volunteer for the Shepherdsville Fire Department and had a love for camping and boating.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Sweat and Sarah Johnson; and one aunt, Kathy Jo Sweat.

Survivors include his partner, Anthony; his mother, Kimberly Ann Sweat; his father, William Franklin Johnson Jr. “BJ” (Bonnie); one brother, Max Johnson; and his grandparents, Joann “Mom” Sweat and Bill Johnson.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at Bardstown Junction Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Harrison officiating. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction and after 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at the church.

Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
