Bardstown Community Orchestra announces upcoming live performances

Monday, Nov. 25, 2019 — The Bardstown Community Orchestra opens its sixth season with a holiday concert on Friday, December 13. The annual concert will begin at 7 p.m. at the Church of the Ascension, 211 N. Third Street.

The opening number, Christmas from the 50’s, will feature four songs made popular years ago and still maintain their popularity.     

The orchestra will also perform at the Art Gallery during Light Up Bardstown on Friday, November 29.  The repertoire for this concert is completely different from the Holiday Concert, according to Anne Thompson Lusk, conductor.
