Obituary: Mary Alice Berry, 49, Bloomfield

Mary Alice Berry, 49, of Bloomfield, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born Aug. 6, 1970, in Spencer County to Buddy and Christine Hardin Berry. She was a former employee of Leggett & Platt and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her father, Buddy Berry; and one brother, Buddy Garland “George” Berry.

She is survived by two sons, Justin Berry of Bloomfield and Joe Berry of Elizabethtown; her companion, Robin Hughes of Fairfield; her mother, Christine Berry of Bloomfield; one brother, Thomas (Melissa) Berry of Taylorsville and her granddaughter, Ayana Berry.

Cremation was chosen by the family. Memorial visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Cremation will follow.

The Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
