Shirley Ann Luff, 46, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor; attempt/obtain controlled substance by fraud/false statement/forgery.

David Archer Long II, 36, probation violation (for felony offense); receiving stolen property under $500.

Jim Smith Allen, 20, receiving stolen property (firearm).

Jonas A. Mackin, 28, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Coy Lee Tucker, 23, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; possession of marijuana.

Marie Renee Love, 33, theft by unlawful taking/disposition – purse snatching.
