James Wayne Girdley 26, operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstances); failure to or improper signal; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.
Andrade Dionisio, 51, no operators/moped license; failure to wear seat belts; changing drivers-car in motion (reckless driving).
