New Haven man indicted by grand jury Wednesday for felony DUI
Saturday, July 23, 2011, 1 p.m. — A New Haven man was indicted Wednesday for felony DUI by a Nelson County Circuit Court grand jury.
Ronnie Dale Nally, 32, was indicted for felony DUI after he was allegedly cited for driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., on June 8, 2011. The indictment states that Nally had been convicted three times for the same offense in the five years prior to that date. The indictment states that Nally also is alleged to have had an open alcohol beverage container in his vehicle, and that he was operating his vehicle in a reckless manner. A fourth DUI conviction in five year period is a Class D felony in Kentucky.
Bail was set at $5,000 cash only plus conditions.
