Andrea M. Collins, 34, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstances).

Maurice S. Crowe, 26, assault, fourth-degree (minor injury).

Bruce M. Rebalsky, 47, theft of controlled substance; falsely reporting an incident.

James Allen Scrogham, 27, cultivate in marijuana, five plants or more and complicity to the same; deliver/manufacture of drug paraphernalia; any misdemeanor charge not covered by violation codes.

Santana Lee Kays, 20, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
